Our Mission
To restore dignity and comfort for girls and women in The Gambia by expanding access to essential hygiene items and menstrual support.
Why Linguere Was Created
Across The Gambia, many girls and women cannot regularly access basic hygiene essentials such as sanitary pads and deodorant. This can affect dignity, confidence, and school attendance. Linguere supports schoolgirls, underserved communities, and often overlooked groups including women in prison and in psychiatric care.
